The house has two double bedrooms - both leading out to the under cover area, and looking out onto the pool area.
One bedroon has an ensuite- and there is also a single bedroom with pull out under-bed.

An open plan living room (with cable tv) and dining area is bright and airy- leading onto the deck- ideal for a family breakfast.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences- dishwasher, washing machine, microwave- with granite worktops. All the necessary crockery, cuttlery and cookware is available.
There is a small laundry room off the kitchen- with washer / dryer
There is also an office/ media room with desk, wireless internet.
The house will sleep 2 couples and 2 children- and is available for a minimum of 3 night @185 / 200 per night.
Longer stays are available- $600 per week fully furnished. Tenant pays utilities
Pets Accepted on Application with $500 deposit.
This is a non smoking house- smoking outside of the house only.
Surrounding Area
Serenity is located within the quiet leafy suburb called 'Santa Barbara' on the Gold Coast 
Queensland- within a five minute stroll to small beach area (sectioned for swimming) park and children's play area.
Within Santa Barbara there is a cafe, hair salon and real estate agency. Take a fifteen minute walk to the nearest shopping precint- Hope Island Marina Village with waterfront bars such as the Boardwalk Tavern, 
restaurants, shopping centre, newsagency, bakery etc.
Or walk to the exclusive Sanctuary Cove and
it's Marine Village, the Hyatt Regency, Rec and Golf Club.
All the main attractions- Movie World, Wet n Wild, Outback Adventure, White Water World etc- are all within an easy 5 - 10 minute car ride.
